Here are the steps if this is a Branch Office vpn (BOVPN), I think you can just go in to the Watchguard System Manager; open the Policy Manager, and select VPN on the toolbar to edit the BOVPN Gateway and change the remote address to the new ip. I don't know, but don't think any key change is required. In most cases, a complete uninstall of the client, reboot and clean install fixes the problem.
