Sep 30, 2010 · Not really any problems. Many fiber and commercial based internet plans have equivalent upload and download speed tiers. And download speed is the vast majority of almost any application of internet usage so that's why it's slower, there's just much traffic both in your own network, ISP delivery networks, and the servers you are contacting.
